Vending machines have undergone many changes over the years, but in Chapter 2 they were at their most basic. These simple machines can now be found in locations around the Fortnite Remix island, giving away items in exchange for resources.
Where to find Vending Machines in Fortnite Remix
Vending Machines come in various rarities, from Rare to Epic, and offer items of that rarity. You can tell the rarity of the machine by its color, and the price of each item varies from 100 to 200 materials. There might even be a legendary one, but we haven't found it yet! When you get close to a vending machine location you will see an icon appear on your Fortnite minimap, but you have to be very close to see it.

Vending machines are found in almost all the named places and in many of the landmarks. They are also generally found near an upgrade desk, but not always. The hardest vending machines to find are the ones at landmarks, as they have no name on the map. Only when you enter the area does the name appear.
Farm Frenzy
Find this Epic Rarity Vending Machine in the cornfields in the northern part of Frenzy Farm. It usually contains weapons and medicines for 170 materials.
Dirty docks
This rare vending machine will offer weapons in exchange for 100 materials. You can find it outside a building in the north of the area.
By the river near Weeping Woods
When you enter the Weeping Woods across the river to the east, you'll see this machine outside a wooden hut. Offers epic rarity items for 170 materials.
Inside the Weeping Woods Lodge
Inside Weeping Woods, on the first floor, there is another vending machine. This will provide you with useful healing items for 170 materials.
Logjam carpentry reference point
A simple and rare vending machine can be found inside the small shack at the Logjam Woodworks, north of Slurpy Swamp. Here you can take consumables and weapons for 100 materials.
Salt springs
At the Salty Springs gas station there is an Epic Rarity vending machine stocked with weapons and other items. The petrol station is located just on the north-eastern edge of the city.
Southwest of Holly Hedges
Holly Hedges doesn't have a vending machine in the suburban village, but if you go to the nearby military base you'll find one. This gives small rare items for 100 materials.
The kennel
Snoop Dogg's vending machine is stocked with items of epic rarity, including weapons, worth 170 materials. This is found on the first floor of his Doggpound, near the main entrance.
Drive-In (Risky Reels)
The old Risky Reels, now just an unnamed drive-in landmark, has a rare vending machine next to the coffee shack to the left of the big screen. Get useful items like a pulse grenade for 100 materials.
Lazy Lake
There is a bar south of Lazy Lake where this vending machine is located. It has consumables and more for 100 materials.
Canoa lake landmark
This unnamed landmark is located between Retail Row and Dirty Docks. It has a rare vending machine that contains small items for 100 materials.
