After waiting impatiently, the official Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix update is finally here. With so much shared in the game, players have a lot to do. One of the biggest changes coming to the game is the official return of the Fortnite Chapter 2 map to give players a taste of nostalgia. The map of course includes all the classic locations, including Slurry Marsh, Weeping Woods, Retail Row and the Platform. However, as always, expect new POI locations to be added to the game soon!

As the OG Fortnite map returns, the Fortnite Reload Desert Drop arrives with all-new Solo Unranked and Ranked modes. This desert-themed map will feature new versions of familiar locations like Paradise Palms, Shifty Shafts, and more. The recharge card will rotate every 30 minutes between Oasis and the original Venture map, so plan your games accordingly!

As always with Fortnite NPCs, the Season 2 remix brings a host of new appearances, including the much-loved Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, Eminem and Juice Wrld. In addition to the new free skins, the Season 2 Remix will bring new events and locations each week depending on the character. The planned schedule is as follows:

  • Week 1 (November 2): The Agency's compound is The Doggpound with Snoop Dogg at its helm.
  • Week 2 (November 7): Eminem Brings Mom's Spaghetti to the Cave Cave
  • Week 3 (November 14): Ice Spice transforms Shark Island into Ice Isle.
  • Week 4 (November 21): The final week will have a new WRLD Point benchmark.

Season 2 Remix Battle Pass

The Fortnite Season 2 Remix also brings a Battle Pass containing over 70 different items. Although a bit smaller this time around, the new BP is still pretty fun with all of its new Battle Pass skins. The Remix Pass should take approximately 4 weeks to complete and costs 950 V-Bucks.

Many classic vehicles are returning, including the 1966 Cadillac DeVille being available on the map all Powerboats and Choppas as they head into the game in the coming weeks. Do you want even more? By far one of the biggest additions to the Fortnite Season 2 Remix is ​​a brand new type of cosmetic called “Kicks' which you can now guess what it is, it's shoes. The initial Kicks lineup will feature Nike and Jordan branding alongside Fortnite Originals.

Fortnite Kicks will be compatible with over 500 brands, with Epic promising over 95% skin compatibility by the end of spring 2025. Fortnite Kicks is coming to the store on November 12.
